Another day gone...well, still not so bad for today. Quite fun though lolz.
Well, I woke up around
10.30am, getting some stuff ready for a
Tea Session at 4.30pm at Admiralty Road West for Sembawang Engineering and Construction. Was on msn, then Per Lee message me. Well, she just came back from aussie so asked if free for lunch. I met her up at 1pm, City Hall mrt, then we went to raffles city to eat at the food court. I ordered a
chicken pepper lunch meal...cost me
$5.90. Anyway, we talk about jobs while having lunch. She supposed to have an interview at Beach road at 3.20pm. I asked her to come along for my tea session since she also looking for job.
After lunch, we went to
Funan to take a look at some stuff, coz she wanted to get a microphone and a mouse. We took a walk from 1st floor to 4th floor, coz time is still early for her interview. Then we stopped at
Long John Silver for some drinks..then when we going to walk to her interview location, we walked by a shop which wans to recuit a supervisor, so I ask her go try lor. Anyway...a bit regretted saying that lolz, coz I waited around 25 mins before she finished that interview...so in the end, she missed the interview at 3.20pm. So she followed me to the interview at
Admiralty.
Well, we took a cab there...(
$20.40)...seems the taxi driver also a bit blur, not sure where the place sia haha.Anyway, we finally reached the place. A very impressive entrance indeed...however, they are shifting to Alexander road. There are around
20++ people there for the tea session also. Anyway, they introduced the company and the HR side, which includes the leave, medical, insurance and stuff...(all except salary lolz). Well, after the introduction, we are free to ask around for our own job scope and stuff. We spoke to Terry, the person in-charge of engineering side...well, I was surprised to see quite a number of chemical eng students from different uni also.
ALL FIGHTING FOR JOB SIA!!! Anyway, saw one super Dao person sia, lol, gives me a feeling like he acting like boss haha. Then Per lee and I chatted with the HR person,
June and
Jolin. They are very friendly, so we talk quite a bit lol. Well, I told them I got job placing liao, so ask them when have faster interview before I made a decision. So June marked my name and told me she will ask a earlier interview date for me.
By the time everything is over, we left around
6.20pm...took the company bus to Sembawang Mrt. Then we took mrt, Per lee meeting her friend at Bugis, and I went straight home. Anyway, I meeting her tomor for lunch again with Weihang also(if he's free)...
Yawn~, time to sleep soon...a long day.
