Just came back from dinner with my relatives not long at bukit merah, opp queenstown shopping centre. The food we ate there was really nice. Had a 7 course meal. It have one unique dish... guess if I got a gf, I'll bring her there to eat one day lolz.
Well, yesterday's Ching Gay was great. Cool windy breeze flowing down the streets, not as hot as I had expected. Still, the performance of the people was amazing. Many different costumes, people from different countries such as Korea, Japan, USA joined in the parade. And a lot of pretty young girls there haha. Wish I can join in one day like them too haha, especially in the dancing =p
Well, my dad and I reached there around 6.20pm at Somerset. And the whole place was filled with people. Well, as our tickets was free, we were quite blur where to go. So my dad asked around till the ushers brought us to the location we were supposed to sit. Anyway, while walking to the location...the usher asked me "First time in Ching gay?" and gave me the expression as if I was a tourist from another country lolz. Hmm, maybe I looked a bit like japanese, indonesian or korean haha (people asked me whether I'm from those country before...). The parade started at 8pm and ended at around 9pm. Well, my mum, auntie florence, my cousin Eve was in the performance. And Lingling (my relative's relative..should be lolz) was in the usher though I never managed to see her.
